All financial transactions on the mph365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). mph365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods:
mph365 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

mph365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mph365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mph365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
mph365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, mph365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to mph365.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
mph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and mph365, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent court of the Philippines.
